RETURNS

(Due to Covid 19 we are not excepting returns or exchanges at this time) 

Special orders and seasonal items are a final sale   No return on hats and scarves.  

Shipping is nonrefundable.  Jewelry must be returned in original packaging within 14 days of purchase in the original state that it left our store and buyer must have contacted us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.  Any item except at the fault of Emmaleah Boutique that has been personalized are final sales.  Clothing must have tags attached no exceptions.  Credit only on any returns from our site.  We strive to give you the best experience and merchandise from our store.     

SHIPPING

Most items will ship within 2 weeks if they are being personalized.  In stock merchandise will ship within 5 days.  Special orders may take up to 3 weeks depending on arrival to our store. In that case we will be in contact with you to let you know updates.
